PA STATE POLICE REQUEST FOR CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK

Criminal record checks may be obtained on-line from the Pennsylvania State Police here,
Completing this form on-line requires the use of an acceptable credit card and in most cases the results are ready to print within minutes. The Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (PATCH) Invoice for Criminal Record Check with the State seal on the paper is an official record check.

If mailing it will take approximately 21 days to receive the results of a Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check.

Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal Record Check (SP 4-164) must be obtained first as the results must be sent in with the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance Form.
